A simple argument over the place where a man parked his vehicle ended with a cruel assault by the owner of the garage in the state of Nuevo León.

Authorities of that entity arrested a taxi driver from the municipality of Apodaca, after cut off a man’s ear with a machetewith whom he had problems because he left his car parked in front of his house.

According to the Municipal Public Security Secretariat, the victim of the attack went, accompanied by her son, to visit a neighbor of the attacker around midnight, for which she temporarily parked her vehicle in front of the detainee’s garage. which led to an argument that ended with an attack with machetes.

According to statements by witnesses to the events, the subject who perpetrated the attack, identified as José, 58, rebuked the man for parking in front of his house. Although the visitor avoided a confrontation and moved his car, he was attacked by the taxi driver when getting off.

After receiving the complaint, the police found an injured man, identified as José Martínez, 42, who presented an injury to his left ear, which was practically hanging.

He also had a wound on the thumb of his left hand, and another more than five centimeters on the elbow and ribs on the left side, for which he was taken to a hospital to be treated.

Finally, elements of the Proximity Guard of Apodaca, Nuevo León, arrested the taxi driver at his home and he was transferred to an agent of the Public Ministry to resolve his legal situation.
